JPYO Refund Policy

At JPYO, we understand that circumstances may change. To ensure clarity, please review our refund policy below.

How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted via email to the JPYO Leadership Board ([email protected]). Requests will be reviewed and processed based on the following guidelines:

Refund Guidelines

A full (100%) refund of the registration fee is available if requested at least 4 weeks before the first scheduled game.
A partial (50%) refund of the registration fee is available if requested before the 2nd game of the season. Please note: Uniform and late fees are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued after the 2nd game of the season.

Additional Information

All refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee, unless waived by the JPYO Leadership Board.
Refunds apply to registration fees only. Uniforms, late fees, and other additional charges are non-refundable.
