Team news

I would like to take a moment to introduce myself, my name is Adam Mayhew and I will the coach of the 2nd/3rd grade flag football team for the Waterford area. Tim Sterling is coaching with me, him and I have coached football together in the past. If you are a new player I would like to welcome you, MYFF is a wonderful league and your son is in for a lot of fun. If you are a returning player, welcome back.The league is due to have a coaches meeting later in August, where we will get final rosters and equipment. After which we will start practices. I sending this email/team post because we are going to try something slightly different this year. We are going to have a "Bring Your Buddy" practice this coming Monday (August 6th, 6pm at Mason Middle school). This of course is not a mandatory practice, but will give you and your child the opportunity to  meet me and get a feel for what practices are going to be like.  We are encouraging you bring a buddy to this practice. Someone who is going into the 2nd/3rd grade and who would like to play flag football. This will give them an opportunity to experience a practice, to see if flag football is for them.I'm looking forward to meeting everyone, please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.Adam [email protected](248)535-3445
