JPYO to Hold Yard Sale Fundraiser
It is spring cleaning time!
Mark you calendars for the JPYO Yard Sale
Fundraiser. JPYO will be hosting it's second
annual Yard Sale Fundraiser on Saturday, May 12,
2012 from 8:00 am to 12 pm, at Provinces Park on
Disney Road, in Severn. Cost is $15 to rent a
10'x10' space (you must supply your own table(s).

all AAYSA teams (U9 +) and JPYO's in-house Jr.

Potter Baseball
Teams Up with JPYO!
A letter from Jeff Potter, JPYO's new
Baseball Commissioner:
Potter Baseball is extremely excited to partnership
with the JPYO Youth Baseball and Softball
Organization this spring. Not only will three
teams play their home games at JPYO, and be part of
the JPYO organization, but this will bring into the
organization approximately 40 more ball players and
80 more parents. That does not include the
increase in coaches to help the program.
The Potter Pirates will be
represented with three teams in three separate age
groups: a 9U team, a 12U team, and a 13U team.
Additional players are needed for the 12U team; the
other two teams have full rosters. All three
teams will play in the Chesapeake Baseball
Association (CBA) league that covers Anne Arundel
County, along with a few neighboring counties.
The goal is to help increase the quantity and
quality of players in the JPYO organization and to
also give each player a great experience on the ball
field.
I, along with the coaches of all
three of the Potter Pirates teams, will make
ourselves available to help with any and all of the
other teams whenever possible. I am looking
forward to working with all of the players, parents,
and coaches this season, and for seasons to come.
I have volunteered to serve as
Commissioner of Baseball and Softball at JPYO and I
feel that through my experience and resources that
we all, working together, can impact all of these
kids in a very positive and productive manner.
I look forward to getting started.

Registration
for JPYO Spring Baseball
Online registration is now OPEN for
2012 Spring Baseball. We are currently
only accepting registrations for the T-Ball (ages 5-6), Coach-Pitch (ages 7-8),
and Girls Softball (ages 9-10). JPYO has partnered
with Potter Baseball to field youth baseball teams
in the Chesapeake Baseball Association (9U, 12U, and
13U-ALL CBA teams are full at this time) this year.

Online Payment
Please note that JPYO's current registration fees are: $60 for one player,
$80 for two players, and $100 for three or more
players. Multi-player discount is for siblings in the same
household ONLY.
Registration fees help cover the costs of
Anne Arundel County team registrations, equipment, insurance, field maintenance,
referees, and various other costs associated with the program.

already registered for a sport, but have not yet paid and would
like to pay online via PayPal, you can

REFUND POLICY:
If a player cannot be placed on a team due to space or team availability,
a full refund will be issued.
If a player withdraws from the league at least 3 weeks before Opening
Day, a full refund will be issued.
If a player withdraws from the league within 3 weeks of Opening Day, a
50% refund will be issued.
If a player withdraws from the league after Opening Day, a refund CANNOT
BE ISSUED. Uniforms purchased for AAYSA teams cannot be
refunded. |

sportsmanship within a team structure. We emphasize the teaching
